CNRS is committed to-

  • Prevent any type of unwanted behaviour at the workplace including sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse, lack of integrity and financial misconduct; and promote the welfare of children, young people and adults.

  • Ensure diversity and gender equality within the organisation and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds who share and demonstrate our values to work for us..

Any sort of misconduct in the workplace is considered as safeguarding concern and CNRS strictly follows a zero-tolerance policy in this regard. Any concerns, even if they are minor, must be reported within 24 hours:

  • To a Safeguarding Focal Point

  • In writing to House#13 (4th to 6th level), Road#17, Block-D, Banani, Dhaka-1213 or complaint box placed at the regional/site offices.

  • To Complaint Box placed at CNRS HQ and Branch Offices.

While reporting it has been strongly recommended to maintain confidentiality and protect the interests of the victim/survivor.
